Keep It SIMPLE

As a human being, we practically make decision all the time. Be it what to eat, what to wear, where to go etc. We don't really think much when making these kinds of decision, its like our 2nd nature. BUT... why is it so difficult making decision in our career??? especially when we have a BOSS to report to.

We normally make decisions based on options available. We eliminate the worse option or we chose the best one. In the case where there is only one option available, then we go for it but NOT after considering all potential risks. The problem is when we have BOSS to report to, the option that we chose may not be agreeable by the BOSS. As such, we will keep thinking at the back of our mind which option that is preferred by our BOSS and as a result of that we are delaying in making the decision.

Myself, I'll make decision based on my knowledge, past experiences, best option available and advises from other people. If it is WRONG! Tough, learn from it and don't make the same mistake.
